Is it hard for minorities to own their own?

Why is it that people have to look for jobs? Minorities are the innovators of everything that generates $$$$$$. I want to talk to people that share my vision---if you are a go getter and you got ideas lets talk... I'm tired of everyone always looking for work... A Jewish lady told me a long time ago that "as long as you work for someone you are the working poor" the devil is a liar... I don't work for anyone and i am gonna be successful.... real money makers lets network and share ideas
